Speaking of Aries, Maya Angelou was one of them. I find it interesting that one of her most popular works, Still I Rise, was about rising through the darkness. It feels so aligned, so powerful to listen to not only the poem but her cadence. The inflection and changes in pitch that rise and fall to further emphasize the depth of her words. The very poem, itself, is so Aries coded.
We literally just spent about three months (winter) in dormancy, in cold, in slower paces. In order to rise and break through, it takes power to change pace. Aries is an initiating and explosive energy that, at best, is focused and strategic. It takes a vision to see it through. And, being that Aries also rules the eyes, it is truly a complete and full circle moment.
That explosiveness and power is by design, limited. Without the vision, we are faced with impulsive decision making and burnout. It is not an energy that is meant to be sustained, only to begin anew. When those two aren’t in alignment, it’s like having a live wire that causes damage to whatever it touches. Our vision must be clear on what we desire for ourselves moving forward.
Rising from darkness requires the same from us. If we want conditions to change, Aries season is teaching us that it will take power and clear vision to see it through. Rams are a beautiful example of this. The quick burst of power and strength that settles temporarily, then strikes again until a victor is claimed to continue the lineage.

To conclude, I hope you leave this piece with a clearer vision (puns intended) on the significance of Aries season and how nature literally teaches us what is required of us to initiate change. It’s not a time to be meek or timid, but empowered and focused.
Hope this helps.
