You’ve been working hard, and that work hasn’t gone unnoticed. Today’s message from Spirit is a reaffirming one for those who’ve been working diligently to build something meaningful but feels like their efforts have gone unnoticed. As always, take what resonates and leave the rest.
When we’re in the process of building something meaningful, sometimes we can get so bogged down by the day-to-day grind that we forget to look up and look around every once in a while. Do you see how far you’ve come in the process of it all?
Sure, the final product may not be completely polished and ready for the world to see, but the world sees you. Your Spirits and Ancestors see you. And they’re proud of who you’ve become in the process. Give yourself a pat on the back. Give yourself some offerings. Speak life into yourself so you’re motivated to keep going. Most importantly, so you don’t lose yourself in the process trying to build without the key component: you.
The reason this project means so much to you is because it encourages you to lean into your authenticity. It is your soul’s purpose to evolve and grow through that particular thing you’re so passionate about. It awakens you, and gives you reason to keep going.
There’s also a cultivation happening here. No need to rush to meet arbitrary deadlines. Sit with this gift of yours.
Here’s the thing: some of the ‘overnight success’ stories you hear about were years in the making. Nurture and nourish this thing like only you can. Both have their place, but soul food isn’t fast food. Allow this thing to serve you as much as you serve it.
I remember my mom telling me how good the food was that they had growing up, and they didn’t have all this kitchen technology and 4839128 different seasonings to put over it. The chickens roamed free. The produce was fresh. Food had time to develop on its own before it got to the table.
Now, everything is so rushed due to high demands that we’ve depleted the soil and pumped the food with so much chemicals and hormones to meet the demands that greed has put in place. See the difference, here? The same applies to you and your gifts.
When you allow space to create and build, you learn:
- Boundaries: one of the most important forms of spiritual protection you can have.
- How to put yourself first: We are not existing just to be of service to someone else. Your dreams matter too.
- Creation energy is ‘God/Source/Universe’ energy: Any time you create, you tap into the same frequencies that created the Earth and everything in it. It’s that energy that shifts atmospheres and moves mountains.
Cultivating that energy within self is more powerful than we’ve been conditioned to believe. Remember who you are!
You break generational curses every time you honor your Spirit through your talents and gifts. The Ancestors who may/may not have had this opportunity are cheering you on because when you win, they do too. Spirit is reminding us that this is what matters most. We have a prime opportunity to show our descendants what it means to follow your passions and honor your calling when we set the stage for them to witness it.
So keep going. Know you’re being protected and guided along the way. This thing you’re building may take time, but it’s time well spent. Lean into your joy as you press forward. You deserve to partake in the fruits of your labor as much as those you’re building for. You got this! Hope this helps.
